By using ezzdigital.com or booking a growth strategy call, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the call booking.

The growth strategy call

The free growth strategy call is a 30-minute working session intended to map where your HVAC business is losing leads — missed calls, slow follow-up, dead quotes, and dormant CRM records — and surface concrete next steps. It is informational. It does not create a consulting, employment, or fiduciary relationship until a separate written agreement is signed.

No guarantees

Outcomes from voice agents, website rebuilds, follow-up sequences, and review automation depend on your team, data, and existing systems (including your CRM or field-service platform). We make no guarantees of specific revenue, booked-job, or lead-conversion numbers. Any examples shared are illustrative.

Confidentiality

Information you share during the growth strategy call is treated as confidential and used only to advise you. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request before the call.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and methodology materials are owned by Ezz Digital LLC. You may share links and quote brief passages with attribution.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ezz Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the free assessment.
