This page is maintained by Ezz Digital LLC to answer common privacy questions about how we handle information collected through ezzdigital.com and the free growth strategy call booking process.

What we collect

When you book a growth strategy call we collect the information you submit through the scheduling form (name, work email, business name, and any context you share about your HVAC operation). When you visit the site we collect standard server logs and aggregate analytics (page, referrer, device class).

How we use it

We use the information solely to prepare for and run the growth strategy call, follow up about the engagement, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not run ad retargeting on this site.

Subprocessors

Scheduling is handled by Cal.com. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Hosting and analytics are provided by our website platform. Each subprocessor receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing hello@ezzdigital.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
